Purchasing Net of Knowledge courses is easy. You do it the same way you would buy any other online product! Shop freely on your local partner site, and when you check out, any courses in your cart will be automatically added in your Net of Knowledge account.
No, Net of Knowledge does not sell courses directly. When you go to the Net of Knowledge website you will be prompted to visit the partner store in your region, or closest to you. After purchase, all learners from around the globe access their courses on the central Net of Knowledge website.
The needs of a learning website are very different than one where you go to shop. In order to accommodate all of the features you have requested over the years, we had to make Net of Knowledge a standalone site. What’s most exciting is that, since we coded it ourselves, we have the full control to add new features and adapt it as we grow. The sky is the limit. Give it a try and let us know if you have any bright ideas!
Our partners only accept payment by credit card for online courses - this is because you get instant access to the course once purchased. To protect the work of our teachers, we require payment up front for all recorded courses.
We do not offer refunds for our recorded online courses/webinars. We try to provide you with as much information about a course beforehand, so you can commit to a purchase with confidence.
To support your continuous self-development, we wanted to make it easier for you to keep learning from the teachers you love, even when you don’t need the CEUs. A lot of time goes into making the quiz and certificate applications for a course—if you don’t need it, why pay for it?
If you see a course you’re interested in, but aren’t sure if you need it towards your CEUs, just purchase the ‘Course Only’ option, and start learning right away! If you decide you need the CEUs at a later time, you can purchase the CEU add-on then.
Please note, CEU add-ons can only be applied if you have the course in your account to begin with. If you buy a CEU add-on on it's own, you will need to go back and buy the course.
Your Net of Knowledge account is created automatically when you buy your first course. You can also now create an account yourself by clicking "Create Account" in the top menu.
All learning purchases on from our partner sites will be made available to you on Net of Knowledge automatically. Please allow a few minutes for the transfer to happen, but in most cases, it should be instant. We use your email address that you made the purchase with to link up to your account (in most cases, this is the same address as your web-store username).
If it’s your first purchase, you will receive a Welcome email in addition to your Purchase Confirmation, where you can find a link to set up your account. For all purchases afterwards, you’ll just receive the confirmation email and you can log right in to Net of Knowledge to start watching whenever you’re ready.
When you buy an online learning product in our partners' webstores they send your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Country over to our system, along with a list of the course products you bought. Your email address is used by us to notify you when you have successfully been granted course access, and to create your account, when you first buy your course with Net of Knowledge.
To log in to NetofKnowledge.com for the very first time, you will need to click the link in your Welcome email and set up your password. (The Welcome email is sent to you automatically when you make your first purchase. If you don’t receive it within 10 minutes, please be sure to check your junk mail folder, and then contact us for help.)
If you are returning to NetofKnowledge.com, simply click “Sign In” at the top of the page, and you will be directed to sign in. Input your username (the email address that you use to shop at our partner's site), and your newly set password, and away you go!
After you’ve created your account, you will be able to log in and start watching courses right away. Before you can take any steps towards getting your CEUs / PDAs, you will need to complete your account setup.
In your Net of Knowledge account, please navigate to “My Account > Profile” to input the remaining details. Here you can adjust your name how you’d like it to display on your certificate, select your governing body, and add your license number. Please note, you will not be able to get course certificates until these steps are complete.
Because your email is used to link up purchases, your Net of Knowledge email will need to stay the same as the email you use to shop with. If you’re planning on changing your shopping email address, please reach out to us first before making your next online learning purchase—and we can help migrate your account to the new email address. If you don’t let them know beforehand, you will end up with a second account!
We support and test on all major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge, and mobile browsers. Unfortunately, some of our software is not compatible with Internet Explorer, so we recommend picking one of the above browsers to learn with. Please ensure that your browser is up to date at the latest version!
Yes! Our website and courses are compatible with mobile devices without the need for additional apps or hacks. Some older devices may have trouble watching videos in general, but we do our best to provide a simple mobile experience that can be easily viewed on most devices. Think of our platform like a fancy website—if you can see most modern web pages without issue on your phone, it should be able play our courses just fine!
Before you can print your certificate, a few requirements must be met. You will need to watch your course, pass a quiz, and fill out a survey. Some governing bodies require that you also complete a worksheet. These options will become available depending on what governing body you have selected in your account.
To print your certificate, you will need to have filled out your learner Profile, providing your name, governing body, and license number. If any of these pieces are missing the certificate will not be accessible.
These pieces are required by most governing bodies to demonstrate that you have participated in a course and met its learning objectives. We must maintain records of these in case certificates are ever audited.
We are not always able to get approvals for every certificate type by default. For cases like this, we have created a request-management system that allows you to easily request an approval for your selected certificate type. If a course is not approved with one of your certificate types, a button will be available at the top of the course page within the "Accessing Your Certificate" section.
(Please note: If a request button is not available then that means that the course is ineligible for approval with that certificate type; usually this is due to the accreditation body's subject-matter policies. If this is the case, then a certificate will not be available unless your certificate type is changed in your profile.)
Once you submit a request, we will submit it within 2 business days and you will receive a notification once it is ready. New course approvals usually take 45 days to approve, so please plan ahead! (Renewals usually take 30 days.)
Each "Course and Certificate" purchase is eligible for one approval request per accreditation body. If you have made an approval request and do not finish the course by the new expiration date, you will need to purchase another "Certificate Add-On" to submit another request.
Similar to the point above, if a course's approval has expired, it will usually be eligible for renewal. You can use our automated system to submit a request to renew the course 60 days before it expires, or any time afterwards.

Any of our Lifetime Access courses will be available to you for as long as we’ve got them up and running on our platform. While it is not common, sometimes we need to remove courses from the site. If this ever happens to one of your courses, we will give you ample advance notice. Otherwise, you can go back to review and enjoy them over the years!
We’ve done our best to make our technology as user friendly and intuitive as possible. If something isn’t clear for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out for our help.
You have 1 year from the date of purchase to complete the requirements for CEUs, but you have unlimited access to the recording for the purpose of reviewing the material for as long as the course is on the Net of Knowledge website. During the first year, you must download and save a copy of your certificate. A few courses are excluded from the lifetime access as per the speaker's request, so be sure to check the course descriptions before you purchase your course.
Our partners use a secure and encrypted transfer when sending your purchase details over to the Net of Knowledge server. Your email will never be shared by us, except when communicating with the partner you made your purchase with if something goes wrong with the order process. We only send you emails for purchase transactions or notifications you specifically request within the Net of Knowledge platform.
