Overview

Join Whitfield Reaves to learn how to diagnose this common source of foot pain, and treat both plantar fasciitis as well as the more current condition often called plantar fasciosis. They are different conditions, need differentiation, and there are several creative and precise treatments that can assist clinically. The practitioner needs to understand how to target the tissues of the fascia as well as including the all important abductor hallucis muscle. Often left out of heel pain treatments, this muscle to the big toe plays a significant role in both pain and the healing process. The practitioner, with this information, can find some more gentle and relatively pain free point combinations to use in treating plantar pain.

After the lecture, we will have an audience Q&A session with Whitfield. This session is designed to make sure each practitioner is clear on the precise treatment needed in plantar fasciitis and plantar fasciosis. But we intend to open up the rest of this free webinar to all questions. "Ask us anything", on any topic of sports acupuncture. This should be fun!

How Do We Use Your Information?

We only use your personal information to provide the best possible products and services to you. This includes:

  • determining the country you are in so that we can refer you to the right Partner in your region to buy courses and related products;
  • providing and managing your Account;
  • providing and managing your access to Our Site;

  • the teachers of the courses you have registered for, who will have access to your full name on Our Site;
  • Partners from whom you bought your courses, who will have access to your full name and email on Our Site in order to verify your purchase;
  • the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) will receive your first name, last name, email address, and license number(s) if you request a certificate of completion from them; this is because they email the certificates themselves;
  • Kurativz Pvt. Ltd. may have access to your name and email in order to assist you with your support queries;
  • Hosts for events you have registered for may have access to your full name for attendance purposes, and your email if you request an NCCAOM certificate (they are required to submit this to NCCAOM to create your certificate);
  • Any individual to whom we are legally required to share certain data held by us, which may include your personal information, for example, where we are involved in legal proceedings, where we are complying with the requirements of legislation, a court order, or a governmental authority. We do not require any further consent from you in order to share your data in such circumstances and will comply as required with any legally binding request that is made of us.

What Happens If Our Business Changes Hands?

We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale or the transfer of control of all or part of our business. Personal information provided by users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use your personal information for the purposes for which it was originally collected by us.

Continuing Education Credits

It is your responsibility to review the continuing education requirements of your professional association and to complete all of the course requirements in order to obtain your certificate of completion from Net of Knowledge. Net of Knowledge is not responsible for any licensing issues that may result from your failure to complete requirements or submit certificates for licensing renewal.

Privacy
