Biography

Simona Mainini is a Doctor in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan, Italy who teaches Scientific Feng Shui to help others increase wellness, abundance and success in their lives.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of Feng Shui For Architecture, a full-scale, “boutique” Feng Shui consulting firm and Training Center specializing in the Feng Shui application to architecture in the US and Europe since 1997.
Over the years, Dr. Mainini has consulted for medical facilities project developments with budgets in excess of US$500 Million and corporate building project developments for up to US$800 Million.
Because of this unique approach to design, she has been Feng Shui Master Teacher at the Department of Architecture and Interior Design of UCLA Extension since 2000, contributing to the Feng Shui education of most Los Angeles’ designers (Master in Interior Architecture and Certificate in interior Design).

We only use your personal information to provide the best possible products and services to you. This includes:

  • determining the country you are in so that we can refer you to the right Partner in your region to buy courses and related products;
  • providing and managing your Account;
  • providing and managing your access to Our Site;

  • the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) will receive your first name, last name, email address, and license number(s) if you request a certificate of completion from them; this is because they email the certificates themselves;
  • Kurativz Pvt. Ltd. may have access to your name and email in order to assist you with your support queries;
  • Hosts for events you have registered for may have access to your full name for attendance purposes, and your email if you request an NCCAOM certificate (they are required to submit this to NCCAOM to create your certificate);
  • Any individual to whom we are legally required to share certain data held by us, which may include your personal information, for example, where we are involved in legal proceedings, where we are complying with the requirements of legislation, a court order, or a governmental authority. We do not require any further consent from you in order to share your data in such circumstances and will comply as required with any legally binding request that is made of us.

What Happens If Our Business Changes Hands?

We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale or the transfer of control of all or part of our business. Personal information provided by users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use your personal information for the purposes for which it was originally collected by us.

Continuing Education Credits

It is your responsibility to review the continuing education requirements of your professional association and to complete all of the course requirements in order to obtain your certificate of completion from Net of Knowledge. Net of Knowledge is not responsible for any licensing issues that may result from your failure to complete requirements or submit certificates for licensing renewal.
