    Identifying inflammation (heat) and the role of inflammation in cardiovascular disease. Identifying mitochondrial dysfunction (Qi deficiency) and the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in cardiovascular disease.

    Examine the methodologies and principles that can be used to prevent cardiovascular disease. Discussion of herbs and supplements for inflammation and mitochondrial dysfunction.
